The Langford Trust for Animal Health & Welfare exists to relieve suffering and improve the lives of animals through the advancement of veterinary science research, education and clinical practice - because it is through a strong community of knowledge and expertise that animals are given the best possible chance to live healthier lives
Since 1990, the Trust has invested in state-of-the-art facilities, specialist equipment and clinical research that enhances both veterinary training and the lives of countless animals.
Today, we fund vital animal health and welfare projects at the University of Bristol Veterinary School. These initiatives not only improve treatment, diagnostics, and overall wellbeing for the animals seen at the University’s referral hospital and clinics, but also generate knowledge, research, and clinical advancements for the worldwide veterinary community—ensuring better care for animals everywhere.
